So every year when it gets colder, my daughter's skin gets super dry and flaky after baths. Like, we'd put lotion on right away and it still felt tight and uncomfortable for her.
Got this Kinder filter maybe a month ago? It has magnesium in it or something that helps lock in moisture. I didn't really get how it worked but figured I'd try it. And honestly, her skin doesn't get that awful tight, dry feeling anymore after bath time. Still using lotion but it's not that desperate slathering situation we used to deal with.
Pretty surprised a filter could help with that. But yeah, way less post-bath dryness now!

I love the concept and wish it had worked out for me, but my bathtub spout only works with one handle and there is no way to adjust the force of the flow of the water, so half or more of the water just spilled out over the edges of the filter. It would probably be great for tubs with hot and cold handles that you can adjust the pressure on.
I’ve ordered from this company twice before without any issues, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
My package arrived damaged and cut open, and the items appeared to have been tampered with. Since the product is intended for use with my child, I was not comfortable using it. What made the situation worse was being expected to pay return shipping for an item that arrived in an unsafe and unacceptable condition.
I understand return policies, but damaged or tampered-with packages should be handled differently. Customers should not be responsible for extra costs when the issue was not caused by them.
Overall, I’m disappointed with how this was handled and expected better customer service, especially as a returning customer.

I ordered this but didn’t realize it would not work with my sprayer that I have in the tub so I sent multiple emails to find out about getting a refund and where to send it back to. I never gotten a response. I would not recommend this product to anyone where the customer service is this poor
